Such processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law and Amendment No. 13, on the basis of non-personally-identifying data or explicit consent, and without automated decision-making with significant effects on specific individuals unless human review is involved.

Mobitti implements organizational, physical, and technical security measures in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017, including encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, ongoing monitoring, and regular backups.

13. Direct Marketing

Mobitti will send marketing materials only with your explicit prior consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting info@mobitti.com. 14. Minors

The Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data without parental consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete the data.
